How is the price worked out?+
Each paid plan is a flat monthly fee plus a small amount per unit. Pro is $49 a month plus $1 per unit, and Premium is $99 a month plus $1.50 per unit. A 100-unit association pays $149 a month on Pro or $249 on Premium.
What counts as a unit?+
A unit is each home, lot or condominium unit in the association, the same number your board levies assessments against. Residents, owners and board members are not counted separately.
What is included in the free month?+
Every module, for 30 days, with no credit card. Use it with your real board, residents and numbers, then choose Pro or Premium if you want to keep going.
How does yearly billing work?+
Pay for the year up front and you get two months free: you pay for 10 months and use the portal for 12. Boards that budget once a year usually find this the simplest option.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?+
Pro covers the day-to-day running of the association: dues, accounting with QuickBooks sync, collections, violations and ARC, maintenance, documents and the resident portal. Premium adds the planning and governance tools: Reports, the Reserve Fund Tracker, Board Meetings, the Communications Hub, Amenity Reservations and lien filing.
Is electronic voting included?+
Owner voting for elections and amendments is run by our voting partner, Vote HOA Now. Your board requests it from inside the portal and the partner sets your association up. Board votes taken at meetings are recorded in Board Meetings.
Is QuickBooks sync an extra charge?+
No. Two-way QuickBooks Online sync and the QuickBooks Desktop export are part of Accounting & Budget, which is included in both Pro and Premium.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Pro to Premium at any time, and your data stays exactly where it is.
Do residents pay anything?+
No. The association pays one subscription, and owners and residents use the resident portal at no cost to them.
